Tzatziki with fresh farmer’s cheese dip

4 servings

  • 1 package of twarog farmer’s cheese
  • 1 cucumber, shredded, excess moisture squeezed out
  • 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, finely grated
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup pita chips (about 10 chips)
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • two handfuls of olives
  • Juice of lemon
Combine the farmer’s cheese, cucumber, 1 tablespoon of the oil, vinegar, garlic, mint, 1/4 teaspoon salt and a few grinds of pepper in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes among 4 bowls.

Crispy bread with fresh farmer’s cheese bread

2 servings

  • 4 pieces of toasted bread
  • 4 spoons of Cupful Twarog Fresh Farmer’s Cheese
  • cherry tomatoes / cucumber / pepper or just fresh herbs
  • basil
Spread fresh farmer’s cheese on a toasted bread or some crispbreads, top with your favorite veggies and sprinkle salt and pepper.

Waffles with fresh farmer’s cheese and marmalade waffles

2 servings

  • 4 waffles (homemade or store bought)
  • 1 cup of Cupful Twarog (fresh cheese 0%/2%/with greek yoghurt)
  • Marmalade
  • Fruits to decorate
Spread fresh farmer’s cheese on waffles, top with your favorite marmalade and decorate with blueberries and your favourite fruits.

Yoghurt oatmeal snack

2 servings

  • 80g oatmeal flakes
  • 1 cup of Cupful Cup-set Strawberry Kefir
  • 1 handful of pomegranate seeds
  • 1 handful of raisins
  • Honey / stevia / brown sugar / maple syrup
  • Granola / sliced banana / grenade to decorate
Pour hot water over oatmeal until flakes are covered and wait a few minutes. Add pomegranate seeds, raisins, Cupful Kefir and sweeteners. Mix everything thoroughly. Add some banana slices and granola to decorate.

Mango rainbow snack

2 servings

  • 1 mango
  • 2 handfuls of granola
  • 1 (2 if you like) cup of Cupful Cup-set Mango/Vanilla/Plain Kefir
First, slice a mango into smaller pieces and blend it until it’s a thick and smooth creamy consistency. In the jar – put some granola and pour a Cup of Cupful Kefir over it, then add  mango sauce. Add some granola and fruits to decorate.

Delicious peach snack snack

2 servings

  • 1 peach
  • 100ml of almond milk
  • 1 cup of oat
  • Vanilla extract
  • Cinnamon
  • 1 cup of Cup-set Peach Kefir
  • Slices of peach / raisins / almond to decorate
  • Honey / stevia / brown sugar / maple syrup
Cut peach into small cubes. Next put oats in a jar and pour it over with almond milk. Wait until the oats are slightly softened. Add all remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Decorate snack with sliced peaches, raisins or almonds.

Quick and easy tomato cream soup

2 servings

  • 5 tomatoes (blanched and peeled)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Cupful Cup-set Plain Kefir (0% or 2%)
  • ½ handful of basil
  • Salt and pepper
In a saucepan, heat the olive oil. Put in chopped garlic cloves and cook for a moment. Add sliced tomatoes and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Next, blend it with a blender or in a food processor until it becomes a single consistency. Transfer the soup to a separate bowl and add a large spoon of Cupful Cup-set Plain Kefir and basil (chopped or whole leaves) to decorate.

Avocado and cucumber cooler soup

2 servings

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 16 oz. (0,5l) of Cupful Plain Kefir (0% or 2%)
  • 1/2 handful of fresh coriander or basil (chopped)
  • juice of half a lime
  • a pinch of chilli powder
  • salt and pepper
  • teaspoon of olive oil
  • goat cheese (optional)
First, peel the cucumbers and the avocado. Cut cucumbers and avocado into smaller pieces. Mix all the ingredients (exept goat cheese and herbs) and blend it using blender or milkshake machine until it’s creamy. Pour the soup in bowls and add chopped herbs and if you like – goat cheese.

Blueberry banana shake shake

3 servings

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 16 oz. (0,5l) of Cupful Blueberry Kefir
  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • ½ cup of oat bran (optional)
Using a blender or milkshake machine, blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!

Quick beetroot cooler soup

3 servings

  • 1 big cooked beet (or 2 smaller)
  • 1 medium sized cucumber
  • 32oz (1l) of Cupful Plain Kefir (0% or 2%)
  • 1/2 handful of fresh dill (chopped) (to decorate)
  • 1 handful of fresh chives  (chopped)
  • Juice of half a lemon
First, peel the cucumber and the beet. Roughly grate the beet and cut the cucumber into small cubes. Then, mix cucumber, beet, dill and chives together and let it stand for 10 minutes. Add the kefir and spice it with salt, pepper and lemon juice. To serve cold, chill the soup in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours. Pour the soup in bowls and serve.
